The Respondent has failed to pay the Respondent’s fee in accordance
with the deadline indicated in the Notification of Priority Challenge and
Commencement of Administrative Proceeding and as required by the Rules for
Sunrise Registration Challenge Policy (the Rules),
Paragraphs 5(a) and 13(b). The WIPO
Arbitration and Mediation Center (the Center)
determines that the Respondent is deemed to have defaulted. Therefore, in accordance with Rules,
Paragraphs 5(f) and 13(b), the Challenge is granted.
Accordingly, the Center hereby decides the
above-referenced Domain Name shall be cancelled. As there are no Challengers in the queue, in accordance with Paragraph 4(e)(iv)
of the Sunrise Registration Challenge Policy (the Policy), the Domain Name will be made available at a later date in
accordance with the Registry’s procedures for cancelled domain name
registrations.
In accordance with Rules, Paragraph 13, no reimbursement of the Challenger’s fee shall be made to the Challenger.
